Each client is strongly advised from the start to opt in for using security pairs of keys for email communicatuions with the firm. The unique keys will be assigned by Pana, Vaida and Partners client relations department.

File Security

All our employees take your personal information and confidential files very seriously. All employees must learn and obey our security policies. Access to clients’ personal information is limited to those attorneys and their assisstants specifically assigned to handle the client. Our file security is reviewed regularly.


Use of Intermediaries

Pana, Vaida and Partners utilizes the services of intermediaries - like UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, etc. and various direct mail firms to process and/or send out to our clients different legal materials. To our knowledge, these intermediaries do not store, retain or use the information in any way.
